Admittance and Check-Out during
COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
Veterinary care is an essential part of our community and we want to assure you that our hospital is open and will continue to provide full services at this time. We also want to work with you and our staff to limit contact in order to focus on safety for everyone during this pandemic.
Upon arrival to our hospital, you will be put directly into an exam room. A technician will then come talk to you and get information regarding your pet. They will then take your pet to the treatment area, where the doctor will do a full exam. The doctor will then come talk to you to discussing their findings and a propose a treatment plan. For everyone's safety, we will not be doing exams in the room at this time.
We are also offering curbside service if preferred. If you wish to utilize this, simply remain in your vehicle upon arriving to the hospital. Call (909)466-5490 to let us know you have arrived, and a technician will be out shortly to get any information from you, and then take your pet in for their exam. The doctor will call you when they have finished the exam to discuss their findings and a treatment plan.
If you are not feeling well, or may be at risk of exposure to COVID-19, please ask a healthy friend or family member to transport your pet to the hospital on your behalf.
Our goal is to keep our essential services available to the communities we serve, and be there for you and your pets. Thank you for your cooperation and for doing your part in helping to keep pets and people safe. Please don’t hesitate to call with questions. We anticipate our phone lines will be busier than usual, and therefore, we appreciate your patience!
